What Is Fiverr?

Fiverr is a pioneering freelance market place where people who have any skill they think they can market can go and market their skills waiting for the right employer to pick them. By the way, freelance means working for someone based on contract and being free to work for anyone you like, any time you want.

Fiverr came into the freelancing world, around 2010 and introduced a freelancing style where you offer to do anything for anyone just for 5 bucks. However, since then it has advanced that freelancers are setting the prices way above 5 bucks.

Here is an example of a logo design page on Fiverr

A typical Fiverr advert goes like this "I will design an outstanding logo for you in 24 hours starting at $5". Another one "I will design a creative logo for you in 4 hours".

What You can Do On Fiverr
Logo Design is not the only thing you can do for people to earn money on Fiverr. There are many more of them.

Fiverr has lots of categories such as Graphic Design (logo design falls here), Digital Marketing, Writing And Translation, Video And Animation, Music And Audio, Programming And Tech, Business and Lifestyle.

Each of these categories have lots of sub categories on them. Here is an example of Graphic Design category sub categories.

Should You Start Working On Fiverr Today?
Yes! Absolutely! If you want to earn money online, there is no reason you shouldn't start working on fiverr today. There's no limit to what you can do. There are skills on all levels needed by employers on fiverr and they pay for it.

Some freelancers even get paid to sing a birthday song on Fiverr. Some get paid to record a video of them dancing to a song. Anything you know how to do, you can find an opportunity to earn money with that on Fiverr.

What gig you're offering. I am not sure if all the gigs can get regular trafffic. bbut most of the graphics and the video and audio gigs are popular. if you offer that service then expect to get some good quality of buyers. in fact fiverr is busy because of the audio and video type of the gigs. so make sure to invesst the time into this. and that can be good enough in many ways there as well.
I am offering article writing and blog commenting services. I find that content writing is popular in fiverr, in fact it is and in demand service aside from video and graphics design.

Right now, I am studying on making whiteboards. Are you familiar with it? If so, could you share some insights?

You are selling article for $5, somebody got me for 30 cents in some tasks. I can understand such articles can earn in dollars, not cents.

Actually my total revenue is only $4 for an article. But, I might get constant clients in the future and I certainly hope it will happen.

That is the best thing in FIVERR. They have a system where clients can check the credibility of a member throught reviews and ratings. However, They charge big for their commissions. The owner of the FIVERR is super rich right now without doing much of hard work.

Yes they are very rich , Shai Wininger and Micha Kaufman. They have a building headquarter in Tel Aviv. They do is taking doers, as their slogan "In Doers We Trust". Doers earn for them.

We are like a slave. lol I wish I can make a business like that in the future. Right now, I am also studying Web development. I might use my knowledge someday when time comes.

I have a 1 year old Fiverr account. And never had a "gig". I am not sure what I'm doing wrong. I could think of other things I could offer but It is almost what other users on Fiverr offers. It is really a competition.

For this you will also need doers (workers) and if you give them better wages, they might work for you. Like $4.5 instead of just $4
This way your earnings would be 10% comparing to Fiverr's 20% , but can attract doers.

I need a huge capital for that. But, hopefully I can save in the future.

But it is compulsory for you to have a gig so you can start working. The gig is what will make employers know what you are doing. I hear nowadays jobs are few in feverr

On Fiverr is a huge competition. You have to be well known there,to receive orders. But how to receive orders, when you can't even start to work, because you receive no order?

there are many other freelancing websites which are not so much populated but are doing fine . Waiting for an order on Fiverr as a new member is like waiting to get visitors on your Adsense monetized website and hoping someday in a year or 2 to make minimum for withdraw.

Well, this is possible, or maybe with a partnership with someone. I have seen several websites like fiverr llke GigBuck, but owners and their Empire (if they have) is not known. And some like SEO Clerk, but owner Jordan DeLozier is not as Big.

Can you recommend a freelance platform where we can start our career, fiverr has been populated and new members can't even get a job anymore.

Thank for sharing. I will check this right away. Bitcoin is their method of payment? Sound interesting eh.
youre welcome. chances to get a project are increasing if you register on any other websites not just fiverr. Just remember to be active on websites from time to time.
