FileFox is a file storage platform where you can upload and share your files to the world securely via the cloud and even sharing it remotely on another country. You can access your uploaded files anywhere and keep it for as long as you want. This platform accepts no free account at time of this writing but offers two types of accounts, namely: Premium VIP and Premium PRO priced at U.S.$22.95 and U.S.$14.95 monthly, respectively.

Both paid accounts offer generally the following advantages namely: unlimited download speed, no captcha to slow you down, parallel downloads, software for desktop usage is available, pause and resume download activities but the only edge of VIP from PRO is that they all have the PRO's benefits plus including Encrypted Anonymous Downloading, Extended Storage, Unlimited File Size and Reserved Premium Download Channels which makes the VIP account a good buy in the long term if you have lots of files to upload and download anytime but however both have constraints in bandwidth, this is the feature I can't understand.

There's no company behind, so I may conclude that an individual or group of individuals are managing it.

They got their domain name registered in Enom, Inc. in the year 2017, using the DDOS attack protection from Cloud Flare, Inc. and hosted on its own dedicated server. The script can be purchased from Code Canyon, but of course, you need a managed dedicated server for these services to be executed.
Making Money
There might be an affiliate program inside of it, but since you need to pay for an account, I can't go inside of it and have a peek. They might be offering some way to make money off their platform, but it's hidden from the homepage.
