I came across an interesting site today called File Upload.

They have a pay per download program which allows you to earn every time someone downloads your files. You can earn from files of any size and format (as long as they're legal/not copyrighted material). They pay $7 per 1000 downloads for major countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia) and $3 per 1000 downloads for other countries.

They claim to have paid out over $54,000.

You can get paid through Paypal or other processors and the minimum is only $1.

Has anyone tried this site out? I don't have an earning account on there, but I've downloaded from their site and the speeds are quite good for free users. It could have potential.

You can try other sites listed in this "Paid to Upload" section. However, I don't think you can earn much from photos. People will not mass download photos so it'll be hard to reach 1000 downloads. You should try uploading some other stuff.

What are the other stuff that people would like to download? Maybe it would be helpful for me if you can give me some tip. And speaking of of photos, do you think there are sites that l can earn through it?

There are some sites that pay you for sharing photos or selling photos. You can do a search and surely you'll get a few hits.

If you want to earn off upload sites, you need to upload things like content like music or clips.. things that many people want to download. The more popular your file is, the more downloads it'll get, and the more you'll earn.

I have never tried to share my files online maybe I should look into this section of money making but I think this site pay is a bit low.$6 for 1000 download. it should be a lot better.

Payment might not be ideal, but the speeds are blazing fast. If you upload your files on a site with fast speeds, it'll attract more downloads which means you'll earn more. I am getting 1MB speed from them almost everyday.

The problem i faced was that a lot of people couldn't start the download, i don't know why but after they click the download never started so i just stopped using it.

Anyways, i might try it once more to see i it works this time, thanks for sharing

That's really strange. I just tried again and I am able to download. But I must warn you, they've dropped the speeds significantly. It's really, REALLY slow now... I've stopped using them for downloads because it takes so much time. If you upload on this site, people might not download from it due to their terrible speeds. It's such a shame because they were one of the fastest before. It went from 1800KB/s to 20KB/s.

My traffic varies from low to high. they don't count all the downloads. too many max24 reached.

To hit even $1 - You will need at least 700 to 800 DL

700-800 downloads isn't so difficult depending on what content you're uploading. Although if they are only counting completed downloads then it might be more difficult. A lot of the sites I use to download stopped providing FU links because no one downloads from them any more. The speeds are too slow and the downloads get dropped sometimes.

They didnt ban the person who steal other person data and then share it illegaly. but only deleted the content. Even that devilish person still get payment and can re-upload it again.

You will be disqualified and banned if you try to manipulate the results.(Auto Generate links, Exchange Downloads and any spam method).

They only ban person who using robot.. to get money faster, I mean "I am not gonna ban you as long as I got profit from you". Its hard time now, my account is one of the stolen and still the customer care is lack of anything. there no report page either, hell that. Someone please help us. really, us.

What do you mean your account was stolen? Like someone logged into your account and took your earnings/changed your password? Or you had content that you created but someone stole that content and uploaded it for money?

As much as I don't want to side with them, I feel like their current system isn't all that unfair. Deleting the file (but not earnings) is fairer than letting FileUpload take all the money. The revenue from advertisements is already collected no matter what. FileUpload will earn that amount regardless of the status of the file (deleted or not). It's unfair for them to earn 100% of the revenue and not share it with the user. If they did that, they could also use it as an excuse to randomly ban users and not pay them.

Banning a user for uploading copyrighted files won't have much of an effect because they'll just make a new account and come back. There's no way to stop the distribution of copyrighted files these days.

This is the first time I have across a paid to upload files site. If downloading the files is fast then I bet many people will be downloading them. That seems so interesting. What kind of files is one allowed to upload?

As long as your files are not copyrighted or illegal, then you can upload them on here and earn. But if you do choose to upload copyrighted stuff, you can still earn but they'll delete your file after they catch you (although your earnings will not be affected).

All files... except porn +18 - they punish with ban if you put +18 material...the other files is all allowed...
