I gues it's not a scam:
- they signed an info about Service fees,
- price isn't so cheap, as in scam-clouds,
- reports refresh only some times per day,
- the company has another kinds of a business (not only mining),
- trial is limited in time,
- support-service is active.
But now, I haven't seen any proofs of payments.

They wouldn't honor their refund policy within the 24 hours as stated on their website. Their customer service was very unprofessional, this is most likely indeed a scam, BE CAREFUL.

I don't think so. I had very good experiance with customer service (I had some troubles with my wallet and my transaction was manualy supported). There are some problems with terms of service on the weekends, but on the next working day the problem will be solved.
They stoped sales monero-contracts because all their faucilities were rented for now. If it's scam, they can sale anything unlimited.
Client can set mining power in real pools such as Antpool or BTCC.
I don't know definitely if it is a scam (I gues - not a scam), but I'm sure, that it isn't something like Aurora or Quantum.

Not yet. I haven't seen any scam alerts about it for now. I also haven't done any payouts. But they stoped selling LTC and XMR contracts and informed about a lack of BTC mining-power. Nevertheless, moneyback option is avaliable there, minimum contract costs $10 and everyone can try it before investing more.
