the OP is asking for preferred top level domains for some projects, I am confussed what this has to do with devices like desktops or laptops.

@mzor123 If a website is in a specific language, and has a key audience use this local domain. Like .rs in your case. On the other hand if you are looking for multi language/region audience, .com might be first choise, but consider some stuff like .io .net .org too. for some budget projects, a free top level domain might be a fit too, look for .tk or .ml

.com is still the best and most authoritative. Any other top level domains are second rate. Though, maybe it's not that important as long as you manage to drive traffic to your site, it can still be immensely profitable if you managed to make your visitors come back and become regular at your site. I don't think country specific TLDs are good.

For international I am surely marking .com , but for local purpose I am using .bg or the niche (.store, .news etc.)

Well, in my own opinion choosing .Com is nice and it is an house hold name follow by .Org , .Gov and .Net
People are not so comfortable with any other name apart from these.
