I'm not sure if you're talking (as I was the last one to make a comment) to me or someone else lol as friend can be anybody?
It's based on the BTC exchange rates for all websites . The only way to increase your 4 sathosi is to join other websites and collect from them. I gather that's what you're asking?
Some websites will let you claim every 5/6 minutes where you have to do the "Are you human" puzzles where you spell the words or click on a butch of photos to get those coins.
Me I rather go with the 30 mins to one hour "Are you human" puzzles as I can claim more coins in a short amount of time.

When you collect those coins (website info not needed) and they pay you,where do they send your payment(s) to?

You're welcome! No collecting BTC is not easy these days as the official bitcoin is wroth almost 23/24 thousand dollars when I got into this in Dec of 2018 I was making a killing at this but sooner or later the value will drop and the websites that gives away free Sathosi will rise again so we will have to do "OUR" best till that day comes back!

BMF is good website for information about scams and non scamming web pages and meeting new people who's goals are to tell us about scams and where to find those sites.

I know you are you into collecting Sathosi but are you into collecting Litecoins and Doge coins and other coins?
