It took me 17 days by the looks. Although I have almost $3 left over that I couldn't cash in due to the maximum withdrawal being $10 at my current level. The 15,000 minutes required for the first payment seemed like more of a slog to me.
As for how much you can earn per day as a basic user (presumably without referrals), the answer is $0.216
But if you are going to be leaving your phone/pc on, running this site 24/7, then I strongly recommend going Platinum as that would increase your daily earnings to $0.325 after the price of platinum has been taken in to account.

You only need to mine out the 15,000 minutes once.
The only restrictions on withdrawal numbers 2+ is the minimum payout and the minimum amount of time between payouts.

Yeah the "please remove all references to PayPal in your website" thing really confused me too. I think it is just a generic thing that they say just in case I am using them as a means of Payment on any sites or something.

Yes, if I were you, I would get your money out of there ASAP. If they banned me for using the site, then they are likely to ban you for running the site really, really soon.

For anyone reading this though, it turns out that I jumped the gun a little bit - FastCashMining is the one autosurfer that does have alternate means of payment. They can pay in both Payeer and Bitcoin, so you can still use this site and get paid - just be sure that you don't use the Paypal option.
