Do you have to deposit again to activate your account just like other hyip?

I'm trying to find info on this and not getting anywhere. I have deposited 3 times and i haven't been able to withdraw the money; they keep asking for more. First they said I needed to deposit $60, not the minimum $30 that I deposited. Then I did another $30 to make it $60, but then I was told, that I just needed to do $60 one time to active the withdrawal. Apparently, because I use a VPN, they figure that I use more than one IP and so now they are saying I need to deposit again to verify it is me.

I think they might have the same admin as btc instant. deposited $30 and when I'm about to withdraw my earnings of 180, it was not sent instantly as advertised. It remained pending so i contacted them and they said that i need to deposit a one time $150 to activate withdrawals. The profit itself is sketchy at 600% so I know depositing another $150 won't get me anywhere. Monitors will say tho that they are paying, the only monitoring site I look at is investors protect.

But overall, sites asking you to deposit money to activate withdrawals when it's not even in their FAQs or plans, they might never stop asking you for money 'til you're dry. And they will never provide your withdrawals.
