If someone mistyped that link to say... ezlinkz.io and it redirected to your original site then that's zero click traffic because the person didn't click on your website link for you to get that visitor. Make sense? There are also expired domains with redirects that could also go to your links. I work with ad networks that provide that type of traffic..I was thinking of testing one of your shortened links with that type of traffic.
