After getting reports of delays in the registration emails, I have simplified the signup process.
To make it easier to use the API, I have added three new end points for a total of 4.

1. Request token
2. Request full url including the token
3. Request the api_url for the URL shortener directly* (a single query)
4. Request the shortenedUrl directly* (a single query)

*#3 and #4 requires a couple of additional parameters to be included in the API query, but it increases the flexibility dramatically.

The list of URL shorteners keeps growing, I have stopped counting but we're well over a 100, and if it keeps growing at this pace, we should pass 200 pretty soon.
