well, i will wait, but i think is scam.
maybe a few people received the money in the balance purchase. some receive payment requests, others do not. we'll see.

I have seen Payment Proof in Forum.
All are getting Instant Payment.

I will suggest, go to Forum.
Create 2 New Topic in Section Bug Reports and Problems and Doubts section.
