Who will try to get screenshot in the time that his main email got hacked and he try alot to get it back

while i was trying to get back it the hacker continue to try to get it it ( i changed the language to english three times after they changed it)
and finally I managed change the password, forced them to stop the hack and prevent them to change anything in my email

that was 2 or 3 years ago

How true is that,in most cases i perform tasks on viewing websites and viewing and liking youtube channels,i have not linked my facebook profile there.Please share how the experience got like that for you.The other thing from others is please let us know your experience and strategy you are using if you are on the site?
