I did a little checked on the website. And it is advocating on microfinance and remittance of some sort. I don't actually know how a microfinance system works. Is it similar to lending? It is based in Singapore as what I see, so maybe it is legal some how, I mean they posted their location so in any case people with concerns can reached them. Maybe.
