European Central Bank (ECB) President Lagarde said central banks will not hold Bitcoin (BTC) in the near future. According to Lagarde's latest statement, Bitcoin is not real money and central banks are not considering holding Bitcoin reserves in the near future.
Do you believe central banks can one day hold Bitcoin in reserves?

That depends if they want to, but I believed many will do when they realize that there much to gain in keeping bitcoin as a reserve. They should do it now before it is too late.

If you ask me, I'd say that all governments and government institutions should not interfere with bitcoin and altcoins, as their interference is against the very nature of cryptocurrency which is decentralized.
This is why we are having all these bans, they are looking for a way to gain control I'm sure. Since they are the apex banks of a country they believe everything should start and stop with them

As he mentioned, not in the near future. Unlike fiat currency and gold, cryptocurrency is not fit for the banking sector, which relies heavily on stability.

Also, its going to be tough to control it.

They are not under any obligation to hodl bitcoin but they should desist from making it difficult for those interested in hodling and transacting with it.

This shirt not be new to cryptocurrency enthusiasts at all. No government or banking sector will like Bitcoin.

Its a threat to the control they have over other people's finances.

Yes, I agree with what you said. In particular, the central banks of countries will never want to accept it, and they make very clear statements on this issue. I think they know very well that they can't control it.

That's my point exactly , business anywhere is a risk, they should allow the masses take the risk if we lose fine but not them trying to gain control and hinder one from trying
