I made transactions of about $6 via ethereum from one of my wallet to another,it over 30 hours now the coin has not been delivered. I wish to know if any of you have witness this long duration for transaction to be successful. Share your knowledge please.

From which wallet did you try to send ethereum? If it's from trust wallet , I know a way to cancel the transaction and re-iniate the transaction but this time with higher fees. Usually ethereum transaction takes upto 10 minutes to get confirmed if the fees is normal. If the fees is less , you may need to wait even 3-4 days.

I sent the $6 from coinomi wallet to luno wallet for three days now , the estimated time elapsed and another was giving , the funds is still in my coinomi wallet but I can't stop the transaction nor swap the coin.

Is the transaction completed atleast now? Nowadays ethereum network is too much congested and may take sometime to get confirmed if the fees isless.

I think you should be patient for the system it might be challenge due to network

Yeah patience is the key. There's no way we can alter the network or transaction ,you said you sent from coinomi. If it was trust wallet , I would have helped you to cancel the transaction and re-iniate the transaction. The transaction can even take upto 2 weeks.

This new to me , but I believe that for the fact that the coin is still in your coinomo wallet means that you have not lost the money completely . it will take time but will surely be returned .

Yeah there is no chance of losing the money. I have even had an ethereum transaction stuck for almost 14 days in my trust wallet , later it was confirmed.

I doubt if it was easy for you waiting up to 14 days for the transaction to be confirmed . I wonder what causes this type of delay in transaction , is kinda disturbing

It does happen, I once lost my mind but for me it was a litecoin transaction that took about two days to get there. Most of the time there's nothing that you could do but to wait.

Yes it was disturbing for me. But luckily I sent the ethereum from my trust wallet. I googled and came to know there is a way to cancel the transaction sent from trust wallet , but still I decided to wait few more days if the confirmation happens. The next day it was confirmed and I was relieved a lot. The main reason for the delay in transaction was the lower fees i set. From that time , I always prefer to use the default fees set by the trust wallet. But I am not sure if there is any way to cancel or re-iniate the transaction in coinomi wallet.

I have been able to solve the problem, I discovered I had to update my coinomi wallet , immediately i did that I resend the coin and it was immediately delivered. Thanksm

Congratulations on that , and thanks for sharing this solution to us , I believe I have learnt from it . Some of my cryptocurrency wallet needs update , will do that later so that I don't experience the same issue .

Wow , you mean from trust wallet one can use be able to set up his or her desired transaction fee ? , am getting to know this now . thought that it is the wallet that sets the fee .

Wallet sets the default fees , to ensure the transaction is fast. But if we alter the fees , it will affect the speed of transaction. I recommend to go with the default fees.

Alter the fee say , if default fee is 1$ , then you change it to 1.5$ right ? , I guess it will be only people who are too desperate for the transaction that will do so .
