During an AMA session with some of popular figures in the society , Vitalik explained ,when asked his greatest regret since creating Ethereum , " the whole Co-founder thing is a problem ".

Going further , he explained that most times it is difficult to get people sit around a circle and agree to a particular thing. This shows that decision making in the project is something that is very hard.

Two of other co-founder has already have popular projects to their name , Cardano - Charles Hoshkinson and Polkadot - Gavin Wood

It's nice to hear his own story, which has shown that it isn't easy to manage a project at the initial and operate today. No matter the regret we should not slow down but keep going, we can't achieve it all one time.n

It is not always an easy task to work but honestly when you have co-founder you guys can easily make a project a reality and you also learn from your togetherness.

Being a co-founder can truly be so much tasking. It means that he does not get to make decisions on his own but have to wait on a meeting and agreement, which may not come easily, to implement any decisions.

So it was tough right from The start as he is co-founder so decision are not made solely. Despite the regret he must not stop and keep going untill ethereum becomw what bitcoin is today or even more strengthen.

It has advantage and it also has disadvantages because if you sole founder that certain decisions you take and they won't regretful because of no consultation but partnership helps a lot

The iPhone wizard, Steve Jobs also said this. Its not easy to manage human resources and get them to agree on one thing. Its good sometimes as you can get ideas far better than yours.

I can relate to the co-founder dilemma. Especially when you have unique idea that will be benefit the organisation but it can be implemented because decisions is not sole yours.

But the advantages outweighs the disadvantages because it help every one to come up with different ideas that can put together to achieve lots more.

The good thing is that the guys are great guys because the trio has coins that are all doing great with huge popularity and use case in the coinmarketcap. ETH, ADA and Polkadot are not mere coins

When it comes to anything partnership decision making or taking is always slow so I understand why the regrets but it is still good that the project is alive and we are all enjoying it.

I think he should not see it as a weakness or failure but strength to lay emphasis on ,there is not being a confounder it all depends on how he is able to add to the development and growth of ethereum to a larger dimension ,so him revealing his greatest regret shows something he needs to fix atleast to some certain extent I think
