Hey, I have been using ESFaucets for a couple of weeks now and have made a total of 3 withdrawals for 48,108 satoshi. I attempted to withdraw to my coinbase account and directly to my wallet and both worked extremely well. I received my pay out within 6 hours for all 3. Hey Transaction fee is the fee you pay from your balance when you withdraw; it is only applied if you withdrawal minimum withdrawal (so 40 dogecoin) and if you withdrew 100 it wouldn't apply. It is there because we have to pay the fee as well.
Another way to pay the fee is 5000 Es-Coin; so basically you can pay the fee out of your balance or using escoins (gives you discount for using our coin)

The fees only apply when you withdraw below a certain level.

No. You should fill in your coinbase deposit address instead. The coinbase email can only be used for transactions between coinbase users.

If Coinbase is listed as an available withdraw option, then I guess it should be OK to input your email. But note that your deposit address can be used the same way.
