The rise of dogecoin can easily be attributed to one man, and that is of course Elon Musk. He has made several tweets about the coin that has lead to the rise in its value, and many have bought it as a result of this. However, it seems that Musk may now be pulling back releasing a statement to show people the risk of crypto investments, and that dogecoin is not as valuable because of its large supply. This is ahead of his appearance on SNL. What is your thoughts on this? What do you think is his reasoning behind this change?

All he said was true and a wake up call to those who have been investing more than they can afford to lose. However, it shouldn't have been on the eve of the SNL many have been looking forward to.

I hope the same Elon Musk won't come back to promote doge coin again there by causing confusion in the system because this statement may make people to dump the coin now.

Not just here, I found these types of news in many forums or blog sites. Influencers made a hype, peoples buying dogecoin for future holdings. But in my opinion, doge is not a good coin for future holdings.

I've noticed that each time doge coin increases people criticize the coin despite that it keeps growing though it is wise that one invest little because of the reactions from different blogs and platforms.

Elon Musk is fan of Doge, when he will promote it again, we don't know. It is possible that he will start selling his products in Dogecoin too; time will tell, but doge holders got benefit from him.

I really dont expect him to pull back because he was part of the people that influenced the increase in the price of dogecoin , so i am surprised on why he is pulling out
