PTC visitors don't care about your content, they visit your websites for 30 sec - 1 min just to get paid and search engines in time will see that and will rank down your website which will lead to even fewer visitors per month.

Monetization is itself a huge problem for content creators right now because AdSense is an as*hole and other similar services pay you peanuts per 1k visitors.

Yeah, if you care about the long-term health of your website when it comes to SEO you should stay away from generating visitors from PTC and other sites that automate website visiting.

What do you find difficult for the creation of your own blog?

There are a lot of aspects to successfully monetizing a blog.
From Content, Page Speed, Social media marketing, SEO, Friendly user interface, etc.

If you are good at Content you can order a blog to make for you. If you know how to create blogs but you are not a good writer, you can outsource the content.

Me personally I can create a blog from scratch, write content for it and distribute it on social media with various tools.

I don't think blogging is the easiest way to earn money online, when you talk about the easiest you would say, PPC sites where you get paid to click on ads or something like that.
Or even CPA marketing.
But blogging could be characterised as one of the easiest passive income streams you can build, not the easiest online.
Then again this could be from your point of view, maybe blogging is quite easy for you

I don't think it is the easiest way to make money online as your title suggests but it requires some level of knowledge. Blogging needs you to know how to create quality content and do SEO. Once you have mastered this then with consistency you can make a whole lot of money. You can start promoting affiliate products or use Google adsense or any other ad network.

Do you have the right niche for your audience? How often do you create contents? Where and how are you generating traffic to your blog? All these needed to be answered before I can say more.
