What is his reason for saying that, and whatever reason it is, I don't think it will happen, is it an investor to xrp or bitcoin and I don't think he is, he is no fan of crypto.

Xrp is still holding on and even with the negative situations and talks like this one, I don't see the coin crumbling as some people may fear it would.

You are absolutely right about it because it really has quite a lot of supporters. The present case may have serious consequences, but maybe we will have the opportunity to find out what will happen when the hearings begin.

And the company is actively looking for a solution to have the case dismissed.. i still have faith on them and the price is even rising despite the lawsuit so it's okay

We have seen many of such prediction coming into reality ,and we can only fold our hands and watch how things unfolds , less we make mistake

He certainly wouldn't be the one to judge the CA's, so why make such definitive statements about xrp. I think it shows lack of sensitivity towards investors.

Not just that , it also show rash judgement .why will he misjudge a firm that the court is yet to find guilt of the allegations label against them ?

Although many people, even noncrypto users have had one opinion or the other about Ripple and what the future holds, it still bothers me that some still jump the gun to put an end to the coin when all may end up turning out in favour of ripple.

Well, not much people will celebrate the victory of ripple , because people have started counting them off as a cryptocurrency

Those negative thoughts around XRP have not materialized yet. I don't even think it will cos XRP gonna define the odds to win the lawsuit against U.S SEC.

I strongly believe that the delay is because SEC do not have tangit evidence against ripple. If they do , by now things would have been settled .

You're right, SEC don't have proof to condemn XRP community to defeat. If not, things could've been on the opposite for the coin. I believe SEC's clean swept of lawsuit will be broken by XRP when the lawsuit finally reach consensus.

I will also be glad if ripple claims damages from SEC after the lawsuit is over .this will help scare SEC away from other cryptocurrency companies

Surely ripple will do just that. By demanding for damage cost from U.S SEC who the assault laid on them. It will be an advantage to other Cryptocurrencies, making SEC to stay faraway. Knowing that, loss is inevitable for them too. Crypto is here to stay with us forever.

We cannot say that crypto will stay forever. Once precious stones and metals were currencies, then came paper currency, it is now getting replaced by digital currency, future may has more change.

Ripple has been quite silent these past months, not much partnerships with banks nor any big news after the sec issues , xrp isn't getting that much momentum too
