I see, so let us know the answer of the support, personally I didn't know this as I'm never invested into BCH. As for CRT, I guess the airdrop was always so, but I'm not really sure.

I just invested around 50$..how long does it take for them to credit usually? 24hours? It says order has been created but its not active yet

Just wait for 24 hours, the staff approves transactions manually, and don't forget there are needed at least 3 confirmations from blockchain network.

Try this: go to "Orders" page and cancel your order, if you didn't sent money from your wallet already. Then you can make your order again. Or you may file a ticket and ask the staff for help (which is maybe a better solution).

I already sent the money from my wallet..but i went back to order, click pay and then i paste the promo code, and then i click confirm payment again. Since I paid..we'll see if that works..if it doesnt i'll try contact the support.. LTC doesnt have the x6 promo? I also invested around 25$ but I don't think its x6 from what I see at my power

OK, we'll see what will happen. The promo applies for every coin except CRT. If you invested less than 25 USD then your promo bonus will not be activated.

Yea, they actived my btc one but I dont know why my LTC one is not actived.. sent another ticket :x
