why you cant cash out?
the amount for cash out is now 4777CRT.
you can any of your coins to crt inside the site. just hit on the left navigation "convert"
then you convert it to crt. then on payouts you create a payout and cash out your crt to a wallet who supports crt
i use TRONLINK wallet at chrome browser as an extension.

you must creat a wallet, and then you can add assets. your can search crt and add it.
then you put the deposit address to your dualmine profile and cash it out.
after you receive it you can use inside swap at tronlink wallet and swap it to your fav coin
