You need to scan the code on your card. I have a dutch ID so I had to scan the back. They dont want the full ID.

There should be a long string of numbers somewhere on your Aid. Try to scan that. If that doesnt work scan the id part by part until it picks up what you need to have. If that fails you can just chat up support and they will help you. If you finish the id verification ill pay you 300 bmf because you are first.

Sadly my ID doesn't have an MRZ , I chatted with support and they said that you need a proper document with an MRZ. You cannot open a bank account with just sending you ID Images. I could be happy to help you but I can't :/
