i doubted at first ofcourse coz theres a lot of hackers and scammer on net.. so i just used my gcash amex card and it just left 55 php in it.. and that 55 php is now 20$

Oh this is a addon to the list to make it unavaliable tobworld except usa, in previous u could join from other countries but with no vpn nor usa number its very hard
