yes its a US BASE app and i use some apps also to bypass the security(dunno what its called) and its working till now.. im just waiting for the referral bonus to reflect in my account so that i can post a proof.. so far i just got the 5$ signed up bonus..

Same with my country Philippines.. No need to use vpn,This is for US..You need a us number in order to register..my friend already got his cash out,mine was pending since i have to wait upto 4 days due to volume of registrant..
