I'm sure you've seen Trump's hilarious tweets on Twitter about his view on politics and the economy. Well, recently he wrote a tweet where he said something like "Cryptocurrencies are just a distraction" and "Nothing can replace US Dollar". Trump clearly didn't educate himself about blockchain technology and he refuses to even study it...

Well he is not entirely wrong on the "Nothing can replace US Dollar" as that is one of US' identity

Yeah everyone loves US Dollars because it's stable and known by all the people across the world. But cryptocurrencies are hardly known by many people , I mean still people are not aware of cryptocurrencies and it's relative advantages in many countries.

Be careful with his tweets now, He is known for posting dumb tweets multiple times already. Doubt he know much about how Crypto works anyway.

Well stated,a lot of people haven't even heard about crypto currency in my country but no body is a novice to dollars. So to a large extend Trump is right.Nothing can replace it for now.

Mr Trump loves talking or writing at every opportunity without giving his ideas a deep thought. US dollars could get weaken if most countries shift completely to China for businesses. Guess he is already seeing crypto especially Bitcoin as a big threat to weaken USD.

In reality, currently a lot countries are weighing in about moving their factories out of China. Giving China too much power by building way too many factories there is a bad move since China will be able to interfere with the supply chain and more.

Virtually all countries are greedy one way or the other. US do intimidate other nations by restricting their US dollars there by causing inflation in other countries, this power of dollar as international benchmark is what Trump does not what bitcoin to over take.

Printing more and more dollars will just cause inflation and will drop the value of dollars overall, it will not be good for the economy in the long run
They won't even print more money at the moment rather put in place that revive the economy as fast as possible. US will do everything to defend the currency.

They do print more money that ever before, just look at the first three trillion dollars budget they approved to help people during this pandemic, and currently the senate is considering additional three trillion dollars budget more.

He can only restrict the use of bitcoin for local transactions, though he can influence the ban cos most of the bitcoin outlets and activities are in the US.

Thats true and ive also seen on other articles were trump doesn't support crypto currency at all but the currency keeps growing and many Americans are using the currency which has its advantages and disadvantages on the economy
If he eventually get re elected he may look for ways to bann it in the US I guess he slow down the pace now because his first tenure is almost over.

Trump seemed to neglect important things. now he neglects blockchain and earlier neglected coronavirus importance. he is a capitalist so should run after US Dollar.

Yes he doesn't want because its not a real money as he said. I pity him. He just want $ to be on top of every currency.
