I was having a conversatoon with someone in the comment section, linked an article (wasnt suspicious link or anything and it dissapared after several seconds. To anyone else?

The owner of the video can decide to take out your link at any time. another thing that can make your link to be deleted is if it is suspicious or you're promoting some kind of bad stuffs.

The link you posted in the comment box could be removed by the owner of the channel if it's spamming . secondly, it could also be removed If it's not in conformity with the video content .

There have been a lot of complaints from people in the past about how people usually use the YouTube comment section in order to post things that are completely irrelevant and trying to divert traffic to their website. They have not disabled the option but I think they will do that in a very close time

I have also observed that a lot of people have been using the opportunity in order to post trash comments and also try to put people into websites that you did not want so I think it is something reasonable. Only the person who has posted the video has the right to put a link in the description or in the comments section.

I just tried and yep they don't allow it anymore probably because bots are spamming comments and now you have to be verified account (not the check mark) in YouTube to put links in the description hassle but it's for the best so scams wouldn't take over the channels

I think people abused the feature by spamming in comment section. So YouTube usually flag them as spam and doesn't allow it unless you're the owner of the channel. Channel owners can also flag comments or restrict them entirely.

Links can be posted in comments on YouTube as long as they don't violate community rules, aren't spammy, or aren't abusive. YouTube, however, has the right to censor certain connections or demand user authentication before users can add links. To safeguard safety and security, YouTube may also restrict the visibility of comments with links.

To safeguard your computer or device against malware and other risks, use reliable antivirus software and use caution when clicking on links from untrusted sources. One of these elements most likely played a role in the link's loss.

They allow you to post links on comments section but I don't know if they have changed it. Change is constant in all spheres of life. Another thing is what type of link are you sharing, all these can contribute to the reason they removed it.

As far as I know you can still post links in the comment section, although youtube might flag it as spam and remove it immediately or the creator might remove it. from time to time I still see bots in random vids spamming shortened links too, so that's +1 that you can still post links in the comment section

Any links posted in the comments must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines. Links to improper or harmful content may result in the removal of the remark and, in extreme situations, the user's ban.

Its not commenting that we are talking about here what we talk about is link sharing its like they dont allow link sharing but yesterday I tried posting a link and the link was accepted the only issue is that I think there are some links which are restricted thou I never know the specific type of link maybe I conduct more research about this latar
They are surely going to accept posting or sending links but it will just be restricted like you have said. There will be some links that they will not allow you to post and I'm sure they have their reasons for that

It's true that YouTube has recently made some changes to its commenting policy. In the past, users were able to include links in their comments, but this is no longer allowed. This change was made in an effort to reduce spam and keep the YouTube community safe. If you want to share a link with your audience, you can do so in your video description or channel description.

It's possible that the comment section has a moderation system in place that automatically removes links or certain content for various reasons. It might not be specific to your link but a general behavior of the platform.
