I was having a conversatoon with someone in the comment section,linked an article (wasnt suspicious link or anything and it dissapared after several seconds.To anyone else?

I think yes you can post links in the comment section. But there are 3/4 facts to take into account when you are posting links on the comment section. Your links must be relevant to that video but for creator can remove it or youtube mark it as spam.

I was also suprise to see that when I comments on one video sometime ago my links was removed,so if you want to comment on video your links must be relevant to the video,that is never bad idea maybe there was too much bad and irrelevant links which make them ignate this new rules and the rules is very unique,this will keep their plartform clean.

Its not commenting that we are talking about here what we talk about is link sharing its like they dont allow link sharing but yesterday I tried posting a link and the link was accepted the only issue is that I think there are some links which are restricted thou I never know the specific type of link maybe I conduct more research about this latar

It's been a few months since I used youtube so maybe there has been another update but as at that time I could send like to a comment, try updating your app to see the recent changes.

I still can use link in my comment. Maybe your link got suspicious by youtube and mark it as spam. It sometime happen to me. My link was gone. But now its normal again. Maybe you can see their help section to make it clear for you...

That reminds me of a time I also could not comment on my youtube app and not until I asked that I got to know that it was because I needed an upgrade.

You must have violated one of the rules and regulations of YouTube for your comment to be hidden, censored or deleted. You have to be careful when engaging other user on YouTube comment section.

You might be using browser instead of google chrome usually browser does not shows comments and in chrome they are hidden as well of now

In the new update maybe not allow people to advertising and spamming links in comments due to many things like chill permession

They are allowing link in the comment. I have just tried now. I think the one who commented the link o youtube, either has deleted the comment himself or system found something inappropriate which deleted the comment.

I think YouTube does not really have issues with posing of links but you also have to be sure you're not posting links that re irrelevant to the posts and that it is not an affiliate link because it could be marked as spam

Yeah. You can but you need access to the page to do that. Probably contact the Youtuber before you post your link. I believe you want to drive traffic to your link, right. If you don't go it the right way, you will be blocked and have your post removed

It's more surprising to me that they allow links at all. This will lead to a healthy dose of spamming. If it's really necessary to share the link, write in a non link format and let the other person copy, edit and paste it.

Not spammy comments i guess.. it can be deleted if it's malicious or spam like how bots are doing.. if they aren't filtered it will look horrible

I get the concept here, basically youtube only wants one to share kinks for something that is related to the topic under discussion.

And you want to share your link then do not type it complete.And a word like dot com or put a space like . Com
