I would like to know that a good amount of backlinks help SEO or not?

Yes, my question is broad as many people have the same question asked me that I could not answer them. Recently, Google is updating a lot that is why I am thinking that whether good amount of backlinks are worth or not? The reason is that it is hard work manually doing and finally Google not indexing as per my plan.

It's hard to answer your question really, but everytime Google does an update to their search algorithm, something changed, and that change can reacting bad or good for sites with backlinks.

This is one area that I need to do research on for my blog. I've had a few people approach me with a view to:

• Providing some free "professional-grade" content for us to publish
• Swap links with us on our blog
• Give our favourite piece of content a push on Twitter

And to be honest, I'm clueless as to whether or not to give it a shot because I have too many questions. I guess I'll just have to knuckle down and do some research - happy days!

It's hard to answer your question really, but everytime Google does an update to their search algorithm, something changed, and that change can reacting bad or good for sites with backlinks.

I am currently doing study on SEO from different mentors however they show lots of ideas in practical but when I ask them about how we can get help if we do backlinks they told me that Google loves authentic sites if you contribute to there with your page backlink without spamming and that is what I got my answers today. Another thing is that we should create quality back links contribution so that google always get value and we can also get traffic. Thanks a lot.

In my opinion building 10 links from authority websites likes moz , semrush , quora , medium is better than building 100 of links from low rank websites , it will make your website increase its rank swiftly

Yeah i do agree with you dude. Medium and quora are high quality platforms which may give you high quality traffics for long term

I was very interested in writing for Medium at some point but had to park that when I learnt it doesn't pay via PayPal. The payment processor it uses, Stripe, is not available in many countries as far as I know. So that was my plan destroyed. I'll just have to wait to see if that ever changes in my favour.

Honestly, this has really helped - THANK YOU!!! It might seem all too obvious to some but I'm not ashamed to say I'm still learning and will continue to do so. I've started linking my blog entries as well and it seems to be really helping because all our stats are slowly improving and as we speak, they're all in the green, even the bounce rate!!

you are right , blogging is not easy for students , they hardly get any time after their studies , FOR STUDENTS , I think best is to start with platforms that offers small income of 1$ per day and stick with it for at-least 6 months before experimenting at small scale

you are right , if things are done with the right strategy , small profits can be turned into big ones as well , scaling a good campaign is the key to success everytime you find it
