notifications are actually a good thing to let your users up to date with whatever new in your website, do you think that the users interact with them ?

It is a good thing to inculcate in ones site , it may get you the user interactivity you want, but I would not bet on it. I have been to numerous sites and accepted notifications, I hardly fi d myself reading or paying attention to the notifications though.
the reason that made people not trust websites notifications is the ads that people keep getting from different websites that aren't trustworthy, that's why

This is one of the reasons as stated above, and another Reston is that site owners tends to overuse and abuse the notification use. This is extremely annoying and costs them members and users.
actually, not the website owners that send the notifications, they are being sent automatically based on if a new content is added to the blog/websites, some others use it to share ads

If it's a forum, why not? Sometimes, I see notification system on non-forum sites but I dislike them since they're intrusive and usually followed with push ads.

Not exactly ads, but frequent notifications, can be bothersome do you not agree?

You should only get notifications sparsely . For example, in this forum, you'll get a notif whenerever someone replied in one of the threads you're posting or your own thread.

nah not a forum, but more like a blog that asks you to either enable notifications for the website or subscribe to the website by putting your email

Site owners usually abuse the inculcating ads feature on their websites. If you do that, you keep on getting loads of ads every minute. And too of that become bothersome, you know?

I turned on notification for survey time and anytime there is survey available , I am among the first few person that are notified . with that it favours me and the site as well , because they can visitors immediately there is a deal or an update in the site .

Most of those notification are ads ,so I just ignore them , if I want to get more updates on the site I can subscribe to their news letter if it's available on the site, i think it's the best

I ignore most of the notifications from websites. I only visit a blog post or website whenever i feel like doing it. Notification popping up on your phone aren't compelling enough to make me visit the website.
well yeah everyone does, that's because of the ads from different websites that keep chasing people, for example in adf.ly, they push you to enable them but all they send y ou are ads

Allowing notification on your website is very important. By doing so, users will be able to get updates on your site. Most users allow it if you enable it. I for instance normally enable it on websites of my choice.

Yeah sure, it gets them notified on new post in your website and again it brings your visitors back and that's if you have a meaningful content they read before

Push notifications are notification messages that appear on the screen of your device and browser. Push Notification can indeed be categorized as a very important marketing tool to use.

Through your notification system, they can receive the latest news updates. In addition, users can also get daily updates to find out about road conditions and weather. For those of you who have installed the travel application, you can also easily get information if there are changes to your trip.

Notifications are useful, I activate them especially on social networks (for Twitter giveaways for exemple). But we can not trust all sites, since some insert abusive ads or malwares. Only activate notifications on trusted sites

Is it like subscription email that you mean ? I mostly turn off that or not agree with subs when registering in the website. My inbox got lots of those so i lost important messages most of the time. If a site send me massive emails i would immediately turn off but if its only 1-2 per month i'll keep just in case.

I suppose most users would be wary of enabling notifications since that could mean too many things crowding the system.
May be the sites can give "Enable Notifications with customizations" option - with options like a notification every 3 or 4 hours only. It could mean big programming changes but would be good for their user interface and results.

It helped when you enabled your favourite website's notification
When they publish any article
You will get the notification
Its a remainder that you likeable site publish something
