Since war between US and Huawei excalated, we see how Google make first move and annouce stoping Android support and Access to Google Play for Huawei users.
Huawei answer was how they have prepared mobile OS in case this happens.

What do you know about that OS? Can programers from entire world make apps for it and in what language?

recently , facebook decided to stop working with Huawei , which means , facebook , instagram & other applications that belong to facebook , will be no longer supported by Huawei .

Well facebook and Instagram are both accessible via a web browser, if they configure their app not work on Huawei devices, it might be as simple as just changing the device browser user agent and they will be able to access both website without issues.

well , you're right , but browsing facebook through the app is more comfortable than using the browser .

I am sure that Chinese will bring more better for the world than western apps because they have huge improved ideas that what world is looking from them. No one like to stick with old model.

Latest News what I hear is everything is fixed between Huawei and Google so probably it won't be anything serious from ArkOS. My source is friend who works in shop where he sells smartphones.

i heard the same on YouTube , but that doesn't mean that Huawei will give up on developing its own OS, it can consider making its own OS as a backup in case the other companies start another similar war in the future , since nobody was expecting the recent war .

He won't give up for sure from his OS, maybe it will be released for public on some models but many people will still stay on Android even if they use Huawei smartphones.

I guess Huawei have their advantage with their large local populations (buyers).
Though, they will face much competitions within their own country too.

I agree the Chinese are quite creative, but they have been mainly copying or borrowing technology from others.
But eventually, just not now, I believe the Chinese will rule the tech world.

it's better for them to reconcile with android, because Microsoft did the same even with the best phone maker then (Nokia) , but no where to be found now.

Huawei was having problem with donald trump not with the usa .i think with new potus joe biden they will get google back if they wont get it they will release new phone with harmony os in january or February
