Recently I was checking the hosting from the Kinsta and WPEngine. And I have noticed that those companies are charging people based on the amount of hits on their website. For example let's say I visit your site that is one user visit counted. So as per WPEngine and Kinsta they offer hosting plans based on 20K hits onwards. And they charge like 59$ or so sort of prices for some plans. I mean that's outrageous. By that logic sending few bots to your website can increase your hosting bills.

Do you think such type of the hosting good for the serious affiliate marketers or the web designers or even the small business users?

The short answer is no, I don't recommend basing your choice of a hosting company solely on the number of hits they claim to allow. Many hosting companies offer "unlimited" or high-number limits on hits, but these numbers do not accurately reflect the actual performance of the hosting service.
