Hi all,
I'm just wondering if luxury item investment is affected with pandemic situation at all, would the re-selling price still high ? What do you think ? Will anybody want to buy it ?

Yes, a good luxury items in this situation is very affordable, but they have their own market and target customers as well, those who tardecin luxury items don't think of people since they have their target.

People who buy luxury items are very wealthy they are not easily affected financially though it is not a guarantee that people who sell or invest in luxury items are rich they might just be doing business on loan
You can't really say they are not affected. There are many businesses that were affected . Some business that involves production are accepted

I am not arguing that businesses weren't affected off course my friend 90% of businesses were affected but few businesses also made good profit during the pandemic.

am not also arguing. I know of some people that if you ask them, how is 2020 year. They will tell the year is the best year they had, they made lots of profit. So it depends on the kind of business. Some business were not affected at all. Even some made more profit

It is my wish that pandemic be over so that every business returned normal because when most businesses are affected the economy is also affected.

Amen my brother. This pandemic has really destroyed many things, from businesses to some social life. For now no spectators in a football match. Curfew happening here and there

I think the price of those luxury items have reduced drastically , since there is low demands caused by pandemic ,and companies are finding it hard to pay workers

This is very possible because if they don't have patronage they will have no option than to reduced the price to motivate others.

Still it is worth to invest in luxury items because forever buying luxury thing is for the high income people and the pandemic hasn't really much affect the finance of that people

True and i would really want them to reduce it , because monopoly has been the problem , so its best for them to reduce the price to atleast a better amount that people can afford

During the critical pandemic as all Know that some people loose their job and Business which made it difficult for many people to feed their family. But still, some people were buying a luxury items, and those people that selling it are making a huge money, because all things more expensive during the pandemic.

Jewelry is not affected by the pandemic. That is one good thing with jewelry particularly the gold and diamond because the price is not affected by time or by crisis. When there is a recession it is understandable that no one is buying jewelry because there not much money in circulation. But that is an exception.

Well if am not mistaken, the pandemic affected every business sector out there, some for the worse, like in terms of the tourism sector and lots more, while some for the better, a perfect example would be does into making sanitizers. As for selling of luxury things, there might be a reduce of those buying these things but some would still buy even with the high price.

Definitely true luxury items are affected by the pandemic as many are even unwilling to buy things that are not of utmost value. My friend has put up his car for sale since mid October but the money they are pricing it is far below what he can take

True, I know of some that are still struggling to get back on their feet even till now. Most of them lost their customers due to the fact that they either found other places to purchase goods and services or they simply moved online to get these goods and services.

Pandemic is just a phase and will not last for ever, despite the conditions of things on ground we still have people that live and spend lavishly. Luxury items are not affected by season that is why there will always be provision for instalment incase you can't meet with the fixed amount.

Could be dependent on the item, although most collectible items from what I see haven't been really been affected that much by the pandemic as far as what I experienced they still sell for the same price, I guess the other concern in the early pandemic was just its shipping but seeing now that most of the countries are getting stable now that isn't much of a problem anymore

When they see that most of their customers are now going online to purchase their goods and services ,they now make use of drowns to get those goods to the door step of their customers ,they have to go online so their customers can order the way they actually want in that range and way , I think most customers just have to adopt it
