Yes they are due to having a strong economy these countries actually always attract a lot of new investors each year and via this way they are indeed able to do well in terms of finance coming in their country in the long term

All of the countries on that list have very good economies that can make business profitable. But the business regulation landscape are not that mild for a foreigner. I know Singapore is not that stringent but the UK for instance has an extensive regulatory process for setting a business up.

You know once a country notice more inflow of people from particular region to set up business in their country they begin to tighten their laws especially if the country doesn't fall in their catchment.

Yes the countries can always go for such things in making sure that they are always above the par and they are growing as per expectations which is the reason why most of the countries have strict rules that benefit them most of the times indeed in my opinion for sure

I think UAE is best suitable for hospitality business and real estate but other areas are better explore if one gets to the environment physically.UAE Is also known to provide enabling environment for businesses.

I think barring some European nations, UAE has arguably one of the most Business Friendly and Investment Friendly atmosphere.
I have met folks first hand who appreciate the Pro Business atmosphere that they got in UAE.

Yes that is correct because they are an high income country and their real estate has high value because people like to come and visit their location as well , most of the people get upto 32% yearly rent on their properties which is very much good thing indeed in my opinion for sure

If I am to select a country from the list, I'll pick a country with good ease of doing business. Most countries may have vibrant economies and potentials to make money. However it's difficult for foreigners to run businesses there.

This is true to an extent, some countries may have the best policies, good economy, but have zero tolerance or acceptance for foreign businesses to thrive, even if those businesses will thrive, it will take much time and they will face numerous challenges and difficulties.
