As the title says : Do you guys need any mentorship when starting a business or you already know what needs to be known ?

Many people nowadays decide to go for mentorship from experts for their companies because of lack of knowledge. As we know many people are creating businesses even without having a knowledge.

It depends on how fast you wanna see that business up and running.
Honestly, I learn everything I know from the INTERNET for FREE!
But maybe that's the reason in my first year I haven't made a single dollar!
Guides can speed up the process to success but it's not something guaranteed either.

I would definitely want to know more about the cryptocurrency and finances myself.

The internet is an amazing place to learn anything that interests a person. The same with businesses, I think people who run a business could ask for help online on forums or get business courses online from certain websites.If its an offline business then taking an expert to help you out won't be a bad idea unless its really expensive ! = )

Definitely.You need to choose the mentor carefully . You need the right one with the right knowledge otherwise you are just wasting your money for it.

It depends. Nowadays on the internet there's a ton of good info out there and books but I feel like a mentor might help. Always good to have someone knowdledgable to help!

Mentor or an expert will indeed help your business, especially if you are not too much into the thing you are investing in.It can help your employees to work faster if your business is offline.

Not really, mostly for online stuff you don't need a mentor because you get everything from google unless for affiliate marketing sites like (yoonla) its quite hard to understand.

Well, me and my friend are planning to put up a referrals program here in our country and we really dont need mentorship from someone. You can learn from just searching in the internet and analyzing how your bussines works.

That is all true what you said . The fact is if you know what you are getting into.. lets say you are into estate business and you know the sector then you would probably need business knowledge only nothing else and if you know both then you don't need an expert but. If you only know one and the other one not then you should really hire a mentor.

I never had a mentor when I first started. Everything is guesswork or hit or miss. I simply learn as I go along. I had no idea about contracts, permits etc. I can't say I am not ready and wait until I had this figured out. We've started paying the rent with no clear plans and direction. The renovation took longer. If there was someone who had been there and done that maybe I could have avoided making costly decisions and mistakes.

Yeah when it comes to online businesses then I would say its easier cuz of everything available in the palm of your hand aka the internet but when it comes to real life business you will need a mentor/ an expert to help you out .

I think you need mentorship. This is the best and quickest way to learn. Mentorship is not necccesarily talking to the person. It's reading their book, watching them on Youtube or reading their blogs. That's why the number one advise from billionaires is read read read.

Well some people tend to value their work which is really good and understandable.. even though some of them are overpricing the work . People are still hiring them and they get work anyways because mentorships can be really important for your business.

I agree. They pay even if it is too expensive because they know this will be worth it. With menthorships they can run the business better and a bigger chance to be more succesful.
