The benefits of regular exercise are manifolds. It is the best means to stay fit. Apart from reducing excess body fat it helps to make the bones and muscles strong. There is a tremendous increase in stamina and the endorphins released after each exercise session help to fight against depression. Moreover it helps to maintain the healthy state of the biological functioning of the body.

It requires a great amount of efforts and strong will power to maintain a regular exercise regime. But once it becomes a habit, survival without it seems difficult. It is said that anything done consistently for 21 days becomes a habit. So it is the initial start up which require great efforts and then it is a smooth and exciting journey.

What measures do you undertake so as stay regular in your exercise?
 
I love working out. I love running and weight training. I try to do it several times a week.
It is my favorite passing time to work out.I would love to have more free time to do even more exercises,as I think many people would love to do.That's why I do exercises,well not so much,even when I am watching TV.:Smile:So,if you want so much,somehow you can find a little time to do exercises too,and it is worth the time,just thinking at the fact,that brings so many benefits to your health.

sometimes i do some excercise i dance zumba do some stretching.
 
I go for a morning walk daily and after coming back I will meditate for 30 minutes. :)
Yes,this is a very pleasant time passing,as you described in your post.Both:the morning walk and the meditation have a very good effect on health.No matter how you busy are,I think it is a good idea,to manage your time in a way,to have free time to exercise your body and your mind as well.

As much as possible I want to have my regular exercise every morning though i can really do it. But when my time is open and I wake up early in the morning I would really love to run. Running has been my favorite exercise in the morning before some bending my muscles.

I think running is a very good exercise for your health.I would like to do some running every morning,but I am too lazy to do that.:Smile:.So,I stick to my original plan,and I do some exercises at home,when I have more free time.Although I know that the exercises,as for example:running in the fresh air bring many benefit to our health.

Well,if you do some physical work at your workplace,I think nobody expects from you,to go to the gym after work or to do some other exercises.I think,that you expect so much to go home after work,especially if you do you do some hard work and relax and resting a little bit on the couch watching TV or doing dome other things.

The truth is i am 85+ kg hehe but infairness i am regulary donating blood every 6 months and i am not high blood :Happy::Happy::Happy:
