The benefits of regular exercise are manifolds. It is the best means to stay fit. Apart from reducing excess body fat it helps to make the bones and muscles strong. There is a tremendous increase in stamina and the endorphins released after each exercise session help to fight against depression. Moreover it helps to maintain the healthy state of the biological functioning of the body.

It requires a great amount of efforts and strong will power to maintain a regular exercise regime. But once it becomes a habit, survival without it seems difficult. It is said that anything done consistently for 21 days becomes a habit. So it is the initial start up which require great efforts and then it is a smooth and exciting journey.

What measures do you undertake so as stay regular in your exercise?
 
I am lazy person :Sleep:
But once 1-2 week i do some exercises, i usually get every day walking 10k steps.
Sometimes learning eat all time and there is no space for other activities.
Eventually i will get to exercise routine, cuz i work toward it ;)

It is just about will power. If we want to do it then we would be able to fetch time anyhow, no matter how busy we are. The morning time is the best. Complete your exercise within one hour of waking and feel good for the rest of the day.

Lately we got lazy on going and working out but we will be getting back into it soon. My boyfriend had poison ivy bad and took him a while to get over it.
 
I used to. I want to. But too lazy to actually do it. I really need to get back to exercising. But being online is making me too lazy to go out or to even move.

I know the feeling about being lazy I think I will be getting back into my dvd's here soon and my exercise bike I was doing good but now slacking at it.
 
I am doing exercise regularly to keep my body fit. Well the only things im lacking is time tho. For about 3 month had to focus on studies and had no time for exercise. But I had started my routine again a couple weeks ago. Doing 2km run 2 day once and had a swim every saturday (sometimes i just wanna skip the running routine i would do it on Friday :p)
 
I used to be pretty lazy years ago. Nowadays, I make a commitment to go to exercise at least thrice a week. I like to jog and play badminton. I take my dogs to go for walks too. It is important to be disciplined when it comes to exercising.
 
I do exercise two to three times a week. I usually run every morning since I go to work at 10 am, I have a lot of time in the morning. I also dance zumba every Sunday with some friends in the park. :)

I'm so lazy. I need to exercise. I'm going to start with yoga
 
I used to be very lazy but this year, I have decided to lose some weight. I have started to do some fun 10 min HIIT cardio almost every day or every two days. I have done a bit of weight resistance training as well. I think I've gained more muscles than lose belly fats tho. :Sick:
 
I really treasure exercise no matter what kind of excise,because the main thing is to keep fit.I recently realised excising is somehow important because in one indirect way you can easily avoid diseases more so related to eating lots of proteins.
 
I do exercise sometimes ....i like set up and push up exercise but im doing this sometimes not regularly every morning....
 
I like to do a lot of exercises.Even if I don't have to much time,when I'm watching TV ,I'm doing some exercises.I love to do so,because after that I fell awesome.Good luck and success to your decision!You can make it.
 
Well, I used to go to the gym twice a week. Its better even your busy you still have time to work out. For me its important because of my daily routine and fewer exercises at work. I used to work at night in a graveyard shift environment which I think unhealthy lifestyle is inevitable.
