This would work to the best of his interest, because if he had sold the house for a certain number of bitcoin and the price starts to rise with this news, then the profit of his sale will rise as well.

Well that's if he is holding the bitcoin and not selling very fast because many sold their bitcoin from the start very fast,making los instead of more profit

I agree with you. however with people like this they often use it as an investment only, and as such they are likely to hold the bitcoin for the long term rather.

I am always in pain whenever I here that people invest in crypto currency. I could remember some times ago that I saw that they price of ripple will pass $1 and I asked some people to invest but I couldn't invest enough money. I would have been rich now. That time the price of ripple was $0.2

Ripple was a coin that increased a lot and it does pain me to say that i was worried and cashed in on my investment when the price fell out of panic. If i had held it would have been terrific.

Oh what a pity. I wished I have known you and I would have advised you not to cash out your ripple. There are some other forum that I told some members to invest in ripple and they are happy they did so.
