According to Glassnode data, Bitcoin addresses are as follows, depending on the amount of btc they hold:

Shrimp (<1 BTC): ~ 22 million participants
Cancer (1-10 BTC): ~ 560 thousand participants
Octopus (10-50 BTC): ~ 72 thousand participants
Fish (50-100 BTC): ~ 11 thousand participants
Dolphin (100-500 BTC): ~ 10 thousand participants
Shark (500-1,000 BTC): ~ 1,500 participants
Whale (1,000-5,000 BTC): ~ 2 thousand participants
Humpback whale (> 5,000 BTC): ~ 220 participants
Exchanges: ~ 15 participants
Miners: ~ 51 thousand participants

What are your comments about this table?

I think most of those who are interested in the markets follow the overall quantity of whales and the total overall quantity. The number of people with 1-10 BTC assets in their wallets seems quite high.

This is an indication that many people are keying in to Bitcoin investment . These also contributes to the higher number of Bitcoin address in existence .

It is quite funny to me that those categories are labelled with names of sea animals. I guess I am more familiar with the whales than the rest.
Very good your observation regarding the names given in that list of real bitcoin addresses that everything related to the aquatic world is amazing.

I'm just like you because we don't seem to hear much of the others except the whale concept. Yes, animal names are often used in the markets. I think there are many examples like bears and bulls, what a beautiful farm life.

This is how it seems that the creator of bitcoin is a lover of sea animals, well, in particular, I am guided by the so-called whales that are the ones that invest the most in the business.

Your message and comment have been very enjoyable. :p I don't know if there is a reason, but really animal names are used very often in money markets. I guess we got used to these by hearing.

I think that may be because the creators of the cryptocurrencies initially used some name of aquatic animal and the others followed that path with those names.

I think the table shows that more people are really interested in btc which I know it is supposed to be so anyway. I'm just wondering why the names are aquatic names could there be an explanation to thst

Amazing to have the data like that.. there's a lot of whales and shrimps haha. I didn't expect that much miners too that's awesome

The whales are still increasing but are we sure that majority of those whales address are active , because most whales have left the account since when they bought bit co I when the price was 1 cent

If we take the data into consideration, we can see the number of addresses holding below one bitcoin are more than all of the other categories. This to me clearly shows that even though people don't have much, they are interested in saving whatever small amount they have in bitcoin.

This second and last qunatic figures are most important and significant and these people can actually make or break markets with their moved to be honest

I think i am in very bottom of that pyramide.. ?
Shrimp tail...
This will become a sign that the age of paper money will end up soon and all payment will digitalize
And transaction in crypto getting bigger and bigger every year..
And i believe i am not the only shrimp here..

Haha that shrimp means too you are a whale among public and its great to see you here aknowleding us mate , yes the shrimp accounts can do a significant affect to be honest
