Does anyone have an idea about how to earn from vimeo ? it seems quite hard to get something from it because you have to sell premium videos on it

For a long time now I always though that Vimeo is just another Video sharing platform like You Tube, but then after researching a bit they will also allow video creator to directly selling their video to their fans. One of my friend tried Vimeo in the past, but then gave up early since it's hard to earn there.

Not really been able to use the service upto now,but now thst you have mentioned I would check it out and see how it works and if i leverage fro it.I have been having a interest with LBRY but still not yet maximized my potential there.

I do not know anything about that platforms, therefore I cannot give any advice as to earning from it. But if your are interested in investing in it, my advice is use the the internet to research.

Vimeo is a video watching site similar to YouTube,just in its initial phases,so you might consider it less professional,but it has strong potential.

Reading Vimeo's instructions, I still haven't found anything related to monetization by it.
Then in my opinion, you should divert towards other sites that payd to upload videos , obviously. according with their rules.

How does this website really work I have visited the site but dont really understand how the site work,its like I will do proper research about this site before I can go to work with them for now I earn nothing yet.

As in everything, we need to read how it works. However, I believe it is not difficult to upload videos. But earning, I have some doubts that it is possible there. Anyway...

You made a point its not for someone to upload a video is the problem the problem is how to earn from it and its not even how to earn from it but traffic to the video link is what that matters the higher the level of vusutor to your promoted video linke the more you earn

So if you have solved the problem of uploading videos to Vimeo and you also know how to monetize, I believe that you need to find space on certain websites, suitable for promoting your videos, if the earning is based on views.

Now i wonder if there really anyone here have made money from vimeo?
Why using vimeo when the trafiic there is not crowded. Why not youtube or tiktok which is now more popular then you tube. Are you want to make money by putting ads or sell something in vimeo???

Well, in conclusion, at the moment it is not still possible to monetize with Vimeo, just to put it briefly and concisely.
But recently, with the introduction of the Vimeo-OTT upgrade, it will soon be possible to make money there, but nevertheless in an indirect way. In the sense that the YouTube video creators will be able to sell their videos on Vimeo.
And therefore, only at that moment on Vimeo, it will be possible to talk about making money.

People earn but I have try earning in Vimeo but is difficult,it almost like YouTube giving out post to viewers but failing to allow money accessibility

indeed. however even with Youtube it not easy for me to monetize. When I read the tutorial, if I understand correctly, are necessary (by the viewers) at least four hours of viewing uploaded videos.

I once created a vimeo account but didn't get to use it much since earning was limited and I got to know about udemy where I could get to learn almost anything for free.

i searched for Udemi on the web, also in the Italian version. However, each lesson seems to be paid for, but not free.
Is there an explanation?
