Judging by the $1 trillion market capitalization of bitcoin ,and the role of Institutional investors in the Bitcoin market , Deutsche Bank expects governments to start regulation plan for bitcoin come ending of 2021 .
They believe that bitcoin will continue to rise and as such needs to be regulated , since it can't be fully stopped .
What do you think about this ?

I think this expectation has been around for a while. I hope that if they can make such a regulation, there will be no regulation that will put investors in a difficult situation.

I think what they have in mind is for government to benefit from cryptocurrency transaction in the country. Because there is nothing to stop citizens from cryptocurrency investment

I guess it is the trading and exchanges that would be regulated. Those regulations would likely help generate revenue for the country. I think it is an idea other places need to consider.
If only what they called editing were what you said. There are statements that a continuous regulation will be made or should be made, but for some reason the authorities do not or cannot make a complete regulation on this issue.

But I see nothing wrong with the regulation, provided it wouldn't affect people's investing if it just about checkmating frsud and for government to make regulations that governs it then it all well and good.

Still good probably they think the regulation would actually increase the interest of cryptocurrency investors ,since people would have confidence ,as they would believe government regulation and reduce crime and scam activities

But truthfully people will have more faith in the system when government gets involved because the regulation will be done in a way that limit to a large extent scamming and fraud

That's the truth ,it will even draw the illiterate interest in cryptocurrency , because they will believe the system since it's controlled by the government
