well the hash rate is still below the ban of mining in China, but miners relocated and the shipment arrives now in the destination and get turned on again. Thats why the hash rate and the revenue from mining that declined before is recovering - but there is still lot of hash rate missing

Mining is actually more easier now with the reduction in number of miners and indeed this has affected the revenue for miners positively

Yeah mining was becoming too hard , most especially Bitcoin mining , but it seems the level of difficulty have dropped since the ban by china
