Meltem Demirors, chief executive officer of CoinShares, believes that the fall in Bitcoin prices in recent days has not been a major concern for long-standing Bitcoin holders. He says that most long-term holders did not sell in this situation and took the opportunity of market to buy Bitcoins from frightened sellers. Demirors believes that sellers in recent days are the same micro-investors who have entered the market without any research, but long-term owners do not do so.

You Are Right , People sell when things get lower and we can't blame them as well every person has unique mindset if he thinks its best for him than they had made the xorreect choice according to me to be honest actually

They have assurance that the price would bounce back and that's the reason they refuse to sell , because if they sell the Bitcoin they are holding they would end up in loss

Long term hodlers are not bothered by the fall of price of Bitcoin instead they continue to buy more.. in the end they will earn more than anyone specially those who sold early

Yes the long term ones are the winners in the here and long markers because they have pit their money in the right choice and that's going to help them sure

Agrredd long terms investors hold for long and traders just keep here and there , long term are sure winners with buying at each dips thanks

Of course it is very clear that those selling their btc now are doing this out of fear those that will be here forthr long haul are buying. So this assertion to a large extend is true

That's me. I got to know about Bitcoin last year December. It's embarrassing now, but I panicked and sold during the crash/correction. Even now it's hard not to respond to every single market movement

Long term holdlers are the ones benefiting hugely from the whole bitcoin stuff and it is indeed something that deserves to be practiced.

Hope the long term hodllers know when they have to release their assets. Crypto as an asset is good but i think it is not good enough for long term right now because many challenge and really hard and big challenge ahead us and this technology..

The bitcoin hodlers owns the cryptocurrency market, the smaller investors jumped into cryptocurrency without a prior knowledge and when the price dips, panic sell would surface and the hodlers would but from the frightened investors.

Long term holding still has strategies to be followed. For example, anyone that bought Bitcoin at 65k with the intention of holding long term is still in loss. Key thing is to buy major reds, and take profits appropriately

As long as one believes in the future of a investment there is no reason to sell. Maybe to diversify your products if there is a dis-balance but this is rather risk management than steping away from an investment.

I think that's why it's best to invest the amount you can afford to lose when it comes to long term holding and you won't be scared if the price falls rapidly ,but just keep holding
