The Nigeria born business man and the African richest man! had a big drop in wealth from $18.4 billion to $17.4 billion losing $900M.

This loses occured as a result of the fall in the share of the Dangote cement PLC from N244.90 to N225.

The Bloomberg Billionaires Index shows he has dropped from 106th richest man in the world to 114th position but still the African richest man.

Yeah i think he is still the Africa richest man because he is leading with huge margin , but i am suprise on what could have led to the fall , or is it because of the pandemic

When will we have wealth like that?

He will bounce back, I believe. He did not hold that position for so long if he didn't know what he was doing. Let's just wait.

There was a drop in the share of the cement company, it could be recalled that the price of cement has also dropped by 10% recently.

Now i get
I think it could also be caused by exchange rates , since they deal more in local currency so these might have caused a fall in the shares and others

It is very safe to assume that but apart from cement, he is a business that encompasses several sectors including the food industry.

Despite the law making his cement to be the only used cement in Nigeria presently. I think he needs to work on improving his investments in order to return to a higher position .

I am not sure if this your opinion as regards Monopoly is true , at least I know of two other brands of cements selling very well in Nigeria. BUA and Ashaka cement are in trend too.

The information I got was that the circulating supply of BUA are the ones that was produced prior to the Monopoly , although I have not done research .

Other companies are actively selling, currently lots of Dangote products are also been produced by other companies like Golden Penny and BUA.

I guess he is a tough guy with lots of money. This much loss may make him careful and its not severe loss he may overcome for sure.
He is a wealthy man ,and it won't take him time before he gets back to his feat. He just need a new strategy to improve on his investment .

Thats huge loss 900 million ! a million is my dream amount to gather. I cannot imagine the loss. but this person has enough to fight back. I think he has plan to overcome this trouble.

Don't worry , ups and downs comes in the business I hope when the shade of this company will be up this person will gain inner profit that can overcome his loss.

True, though 900 million is just alot of money. Him being the richest man in Africa may seem to be "nothing" to lose such amount. He will bounce back
It is something for him as business man because it about 7% of his total net worth he will feel the heat and would want to do everything possible to recover it

Dangote does not have big head , I believe with the grace of God and smart work one can be greater than Dangote, he also has business strategist that he pay for business advise.
