Be careful , check his site view source code , you will see "cutw.in" instead of "cutwin" ..Seems asif his site is hacked !?

I've messaged the admin, so he will change the domain of the short links (most probably also redirect them) because the cutwin.com domain has been flagged for "Deceptive site" . The problem in my opinion is in some advertisers from the popup ads, that's not the first site flagged lately. BUT there is a fix - new domain for the shortlinks, as for the publishers I don't think you should be worry to login.

yes i can understand about the advertise reason for getting flagged but if you just visit the url "cutw.in" that domain itself is flagged as deceptive & also it seen that when you logged into cutwin.com only that time chrome throws the warning , also at same time you can check the problem in source code, i hope he is not using a nulled script

The FIXED CPM is only $1 currently for all countries, doesn't matter USA or any other, all is $1 which is super low. To all publishers, if you want to donate to the admin, then use the service, but right now the service doesn't worth it!

I am still getting 2.1$ rpm from them you can check the rpm details in the image below. I requested the payout on 9 of march and get paid instantly on that day.

I think this is my 1st payment of the admin send it to me. Maybe he wants to earn the trust of some users so they keep working on the website and then the admin scam them.
