I think you are quite an experienced shortener user but how can you promote shortener with only a-ads?
You know a-ads will not bring any profit so why do you think the admin will pay it's users?

Hello friend if you register on their site and login into your account you will see a message saying 3 views counted for each ip within 24 hours. Also the rates are not too bad
