Hello, I have cryptonator account. For who doesn't know what is cryptonator it is a muti currency wallet. :)
You can open the site (cryptonator(dot)com)
My problem is I have some ripples (XRP) in my account and now. It is converted in usd and it is withdrawn. Which I didn't do. What should I do now?! I am from vacation and now my wallet is empty

Try to contact their support and comfirm if it is the same wallet address or if you were given a new address for security reasons. You can also use the transaction hash to track your dealings.

The best bet is to contact the admin of the site or their support system and laid your complaint,this is one issue I do have whenever I think of tranferring my coins to really unknown wallet because of high fees by the popular ones but my problem is the security of the coins.Sorry,try to contact them and see how it goes.

IT WAS 10 DAYS !!!

My two transactions are also lost ! I opened 2 different tickets but no answer. These transactions are now first. I got more than 50 payments to my wallet but these two are not visible in my wallet. No pending, just lost.

Yes. But numbers are not important. Randomly loss of your work. And no voice from support. I am not saying cryptanator is scam. But something is wrong. They can respond and can say "we lost your money". This is more acceptable for me. Anyway I am already waiting and stopped using crypt wallet.

I can understand your confusion right now. The first thing you should do is to contact the admin or support, let them know your dilemma right now. I hope for your sake that this is sorted out as soon as possible. Good luck.

If someone have coin at cryptonator, i strongly suggest withdraw immediately, because at december 17th someone try to login & succeed reset my password, now all my coin is lost because i can't login even reset password. Cryptonator security is very low although i already use 2FA google authenticator code, someone is very easy to login even reset password.

I am using cryptonator wallet to store my BCN (Bytecoin) cryptocurrency , so far I have not faced any issue regarding this usage of wallet, very safe wallet requires only email to password to create an account.

You have 3 types of Authentication - 2FA, Telegram Code, Email Code

If someone has to try to withdraw then they need to pass these 3 authentications

Same thing happened to me couple of times , so I shouldn't say this wallet as a safe wallet. Someone continuously tries to login with my id , anyway I don't have much cryptocurrency there.

Daily multiple attempts to Hack my account from Russian IP Addresses.

Best thing they have to go thru 3 authenticators to login to my account - 2FA, Telegram Authentication Code, Email Authentication Code

So far I haven't lost any funds and there was no successful login attempt as well.

Hello. I used Cryptonator in the past and stopped to use it for a simple reason: They charge monthly fees for cryptocurrency that are hodl into. I think that's why you lost your XRP (monthly fees). Take time to read their FAQ.

I gave lost my bcn worth some dollars by storing g it in cryptonator wallet. I didn't know they gave removed bcn from their list , may be it's my fault.

They always need to read news on their website. They warn in a few weeks which wallet is being cleaned.

I have been using the cryptonator for several years and there were no problems. I have 3 factor protection.

Try to contact their support center. There are lots of positive and negative feedbacks are about this wallet. But negatives feedbacks are more than positive ones. I think this is a risky website.
