Many aviation companies are now focused on blockchain technologies, regarding the fact that transactions can be made much more smoother and quicker. Norwegian Airlines already have their own cryptocurrency exchange called NBX and many more to come.

Good, hope with this. More and more people will use cryptocurrencies instead of completely relying on scummy companies such as Paypal.

Yeah I have heard about NBX token , but didn't know it was used in aviation too. Is NBX related to ethereum platform or Tron ecosystem? I guess it's ERC20 right ?

It seems people are embracing the digital coins now and other industries are looking at creating their own coins too. Why do I see crypto currency being adopted by more countries in the future.

No doubt not only aviation industry adopt blockchain technology but banks too are adopting the service just to improve on their services though there is possibility that such banks are warming up crypto currency.
