Follow Along Cryptocurrency Staking Week #1

So, i wanted to create a passive income out of nothing. I was already doing crypto faucets and ptc sites. I searched a bit and founded about cryptocurrency staking. Something like cheaper mining. Basically instead of mining with hardware you store your coins and "stake" instead. So i decided, all the income will go into staking and i did. I now have 12$ worth of APR coin at stakecube, a staking pool and its actually the first day i bought them. Next week i will update.

For anyone who is staking, please share your experiences im curious to learn about other stakers :)

Have a good day Members of BMF :)

I held some NEO and ONT a few months ago. My reasoning was:

  • It's more passive than most staking because it doesn't require your wallet to be online
  • They're bigger and arguably more stable than less known altcoins (NEO ranks 20 and ONT 21 as of today)
  • There are nifty calculators online for calculating how much your return will be
  • The wallet interfaces and claim process are easy
I switched to technical analysis, Bitcoin trading and holding AGI because:

  • There should technically be a stable income stream from staking, but due to the small cap and insecure future of many altcoins, the security just isn't there
  • You could technically get the same effect as staking, but with less volatility and risk, by holding Bitcoin in a wallet which gives you return on investment, renting out hard drive space with something like sia coin or participating in cryptocurrency lending
  • Technical analysis started to make sense when I found Krowns Crypto Cave on YouTube (I get nothing from promoting this guy, but his videos helped me)
  • I got into crypto because I'm an Artificial Intelligence programmer who followed Ben Goertzel – a leading scientist in the AI field – for many years now. The risk of buying AGI is relatively low compared to the return if they realise even part of his vision towards Artificial General Intelligence (again, I get nothing from promoting this project; they don't even pay exchanges to list their coin. If you look up AGI pannels you'll recognise Ben Goertzel as the hippie however many years back you look)
This isn't to say you shouldn't stake, as it's a legitimate way of earn passive income. Just be aware that a coin like APR might not be around in a year or two, while Bitcoin is likely to 10x at some point in the future.

Thank you for your information, i will of course diversify my income. Have a good day mate.

After 1 week of staking APR coin at Stakecube these are my results.

Apr coin price : 0.008$

Daily stakes : 30~50 stakes

I get 0.7% of the pool stakes which is for APR specifically 3APR/block which means i get 0.02 APR/block.

USD stake value daily : 0.012$~/day.

Total/weekly stakes value : 0.0819$

If you have any suggestion to invest in some other coin please share it :)

the best staking coin so far for me is TOMO, a solid 8-9% a year. The wallet is so easy to use and has no fees.

I earn 50 cts a day. And thats just a start.

Staking Tron(TRX) for a while. Earnings not that much, still, it's passive profit and I believed in the coin potential plus its hype-Kudos to Justin Sun. Planning to buy/stake IOST... but still waiting for the price to drop at least 130-ish satoshi each.

i own 2,500 TOMO, average price entry was 35 cts i think, even less.

The app is so easy to use. I can get you a bonus of welcoming if you vote for the node of my friend. Also you can claim tomo for free on twitter.

Staking is a great way of earning in crypto. Also suggest to look into some good masternode coins. I'm also about to start investing in staking and masternodes soon. Going to share my journey on this forum.

I have never heard of staking pool but from this thread it is more better than faucet and PTC, please I will like to know one staking site that has stood for about 6months, I will invest there

Stakecube, you can buy the coins that are listed there from an exchange and you simply withdraw them to the pool address of the coin.

Link for staking pool website : Stakecube

Thank you for insight I got here about staking, I will sign with stakecube and learn about the site and I will come back if I have question

Personally I sold a bunch of SCC at 4500 sat and bought gpkr. There should be big news next week but I am not sure if its true. Gpkr is also on Stakecube. They still have open shared masternodes if you are interested in bigger earnings. There are quite a few slots left. I think one slot costs around 10 dollar cents which is really cheap. Goodluck on your staking journey :D

Please anyone has any issues with stakecube site, I tried login but the site is nowhere to be found. Anyone has with skatecube please update, it will be of help

@stan358 it is still up for me. Are you sure it is not blocked for you from somewhere else? Most likely your VPN or network provider (the person who owns the router) blocks the website.

Try the link when you go to google and search for Stakecube.

Or join their discord here https://discordapp.com/invite/6p5GxYy and ask them personally. You need a Discord account to access to the chat but you can make that for free.

I am new to this site stakecube, and don't really know much on to start earning from site. Please can someone give me a little guide, I will appreciate your contribution..
