The second reason that I think it could you have declined it's because there are so many people turning to online earnings that perhaps these websites are implementing better security measures.

Yes, I have noticed recently that I have received a lot of emails from binance relating to courses that they are offering to their users in order to educate them on cryptocurrencies and this can make a huge difference in how trusting people are to online scams and so forth.
